TradingView Coupon Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 

1. Organizer 

This Giveaway is organized by X CUBE L.L.C. The campaign is conducted in collaboration with TradingView as the prize sponsor. 

2. Entry Criteria 

To be eligible to participate in the giveaway, users must: 

• Complete their xCube onboarding process in full. 

• Execute at least one (1) trade on the xCube platform during the campaign period: June 02  2025 to July 20 2025. 
• Participation requires one trade execution as part of the customer's normal investment activity on the platform. Participants should trade based on their own investment decisions, independent of the Giveaway.

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. 

Participation is free and no purchase is necessary beyond one qualifying trade. 

3. Campaign Duration 

The Giveaway runs for 7 weeks from June 02  2025 to July 20 2025. Winners will be selected weekly on Fridays.

4. Winner Selection 

• The selection of the winner(s) will be conducted by an independent system that ensures a completely random and unbiased outcome ensuring every eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.

• Fourteen (14) winners will be selected each week. 

• Each winner will receive a TradingView membership coupon based on the prize tier available that week. 

5. Prizes 

Over the course of the giveaway, the following coupons will be distributed: 

• 65x Monthly Essential Subscriptions 

• 30x Monthly Plus Subscriptions 

• 5x Annual Premium Subscription 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

It is the responsibility of the coupon holder to redeem their coupon code by August 15, 2025. After this date, all coupon codes will automatically expire and will no longer be valid for use.

6. Notification 

• Winners will be contacted via email associated with their xCube account within 7 days of selection. 

• xCube is not responsible for bounced emails or incorrect contact details. 

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and reassigned. 

7. Data & Privacy 

By participating, entrants agree to allow xCube to use their name for the purpose of winner verification and campaign-related publicity, if needed. 

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable UAE data protection laws. 

Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize delivery or as required by law.

8. Fair Play 

xCube reserves the right to disqualify any participant found: 

• Using false information or multiple accounts. 

• Violating any trading terms or abusing the platform. 

• Manipulating the giveaway process or interfering with the random draw system. 

• "Participants must at all times adhere to xCube’s Platform Terms and Conditions in addition to these Giveaway Terms."

xCube’s decision on all matters related to this campaign is final and binding. 

9. Legal Jurisdiction 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dubai and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
