If the market value of your portfolio decreases, you may be required to deposit additional funds, reduce your positions, or meet other margin requirements. In some circumstances, xCube may liquidate part or all of your securities to restore the required margin level or recover outstanding amounts, in accordance with the applicable margin agreement and xCube's risk controls.

Margin is available only to approved clients and is subject to eligibility, margin limits, approved securities, applicable fees, market rules, xCube's internal policies, and the applicable margin terms and conditions.

Log in to your xCube account.

Tap Buying Power.
Scroll down to Adjust Margin Limit.
Use the slider to adjust your preferred margin level.

Please note that Margin Level adjustment requests are subject to internal approval, which takes 1–2 business days. You will receive an email update once your request has been reviewed.

If the margin facility is provided under an Islamic finance structure, the applicable charges may be referred to as profit, financing profit, or other Sharia-compliant charges, as set out in the relevant documentation.

To transfer your securities from Dubai Financial Market to xCube, please follow the steps below:

Log in to the DFM app and navigate to the Portfolio section.
Select Transfer Shares.
Choose Transfer Securities from Dubai CSD to Trading Member.
Select your Investor Number and choose xCube as the Trading Member.
Enter the required transfer details, review the information carefully, and submit your request.
Complete the applicable payment process.
Once the transfer request has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation email from both DFM and xCube.
You can track the status of your transfer directly from the Portfolio section in the xCube app.
Once the transfer is completed, the securities will appear in your xCube portfolio, and you will receive a final confirmation email.
