Please send an email to support@xcube.ae if you wish to permanently close your account with xCube and delete your personal information.

Please be informed, to successfully close your xCube account, the request must be submitted via your registered email address on the xCube mobile application.

An xCube representative will be in touch to verify your account closure request and subsequently execute the closure.

Data deletion will be subject to retention limits that xCube LLC are required to comply with, which include retention of all records for up to 10 years, in accordance with the applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
